I don't know if this was in everyone's ad or not....on the front page of our ad, it shows Koolaid canisters and Country Time canisters as 3/$3 with a catalina for $2 wyb 3. Here's the cat info. from funnybottoms post (Thanks funnybottoms!):

So, I'm thinking I'll buy the Koolaid singles (for 16 oz. bottles of water, with sugar already mixed in!) since those are listed in the fine print under the 3/$3. If you use the "$1/1 Koolaid singles" MBQ--FREE!!!! If the OYNO prints for your purchase of 3 Koolaid singles...$2 moneymaker! Please report back, if anyone purchases 3 of the singles and gets the $2 OYNO. I'll try it later this morning and post my findings!

Nope. There are the $1/1 Mealbox Qs that make the boxes of singles (on-the-go sticks) free. There was a $1 tearpad Q that someone sent me in a trade. If you used both the MQ and the MB x 3--you'd probably get $3 overage. Plus, you'll also get the $2 OYNO (according to the post above from angeltuin). I don't know where the tearpad Qs came from, nor do I remember when they expire (maybe 10/31??). The MB Qs is all you'll need to make them free, though!

I bought three Country Time canisters and three Kool Aids in one transaction. I got the $2 catalina. I'll be getting just the Kool Aid when I go back today. Hopefully I'll get another cat. I'll be doing this deal all week if it ends up working!

That's what I said, too, Jonoma!! I'm not sure why everyone wants to do 6--what's the benefit to doing more than 3 anyway?? Is there some kind of $x/2 coupon that I'm not aware of?? The MB is for $1/1 and I'd much rather use 3 than 6 MB Qs at a time, just to avoid issues at the register. Guess I'm confused on why people want to buy 6 at a time!

I bought 3 kool aid singles packs used 3- mbq and 1.00 and 50 q from a magazine. and got the #2.00 cat. I intend to go back and do it again. if you want to buy six of them can't you just go through the self check out and do two orders, i assuming you would only do that if they are not really busy?

She's likely referring to the $0.50/1 Kool Aid Singles coupon from the September 2009 Kraft Food & Family Magazine, if you received it in the mail...

If you didn't get one, though, they no longer offer free subscriptions...

Our cashiers have an "unspoken" rule of 2 transactions per customer, if others are in line. More than that and they get grouchy. If I'm doing more than 2 orders, I just use the uscan. Sometimes I'll do my larger grocery shopping order with a cashier, then take it to the car and then come back in and do little orders of the good deals at the uscan. HTH!

Oh, and if I tried to do 30 MB Qs (as in the post about the lady with 30 boxes in her cart) in a single Meijer trip--my cashiers would FLIP OUT! They're already on "coupon watch" since they updated the registers. Part of the reason they made all the coupon acceptance changes to the registers was because of, "people coming in and using a whole bunch of the same coupon and getting hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for $.14!" (That was a quote from my cashier one day!)

Can you believe that I am the one that posted this deal and I have yet to go buy a single box of them??? What's the matter with me anyway??

I went last night and did 2 transactions. I did the first at the Uscan and the cashier had to come over and key in each MBQ. So I did the second one at a cashier. There weren't a whole lot of Singles left last night. I hope they restock, they seem to be doing better lately on keeping sale items stocked up.

I figure today I will do 2 trans, take it to the car, go back in for 2....and just keep repeating. Hopefully with a different cashier.

I've done this deal once. Went back today to do it a few more times and they are completely out. Not sure if they are sold out or simply not re-stocking. HMMM...maybe I'll check back tomorrow.

Ok I am going to vent...some woman was buying 5 (40-50 per case) cases worth last night- cleared the newly stocked shelves and was using MBs to pay for it all and was going through self checkout doing separate transactions for it all! I cant believe the manager didnt call her on it. Anyway I was pretty miffed and almost said something about her giving other couponers a bad name. I can't believe some people try to to milk the system to that extent. sorry to be a Debbie Downer but that really made me mad that she felt obligated to make a significant amount of money on the deal.
