Ok, so I have the Hillshire farms BOGOF coupon and it's on sale BOGOF. How does this work at Meijer?

I am hoping I can BOGOF and the use the coupon on the one I'm 'buying' to get a third free, but I have totally confused myself! I have no idea here, please help me! Thanks!

emjensmom, it's absolutely and totally a YMMV thing. Around here, you would pay for one, and get one free ... the coupon would do you no good. However, I've talked to 2Pock a couple months ago, and she says that at her Meijer, they bend over backwards, and you buy 1 get 2 free. And finally (in about 90% of the cases that these cou's aren't coded to beep) the coupon is coded such that each BOGOF offsets the other, and both should be free (if unfettered by a cashier). What's the UPC code of the coupon?

I'll have to post the UPC tomorrow. I don't think the neighbors would take kindly to my going outside to the car in my pjs. I accidentally left the coupon holders out there.

Hey Emjensmom, I gave a couple of the BOGOF Eckrich smoked sausage to my mother (let's just say she's not very coupon savvy, and leave it at that). She took them to Meijer, and walked out of there with free sausages. I was surprised they didn't bust her chops about it, but she seemed to think it was no big deal (like anybody could do it).

So give it a shot (if you haven't already)!

Thanks GBM, I will try it! I forgot the coupons last night at Meijer for the sausages. I did, however, torture a cashier with 5 seperate orders last night. I had the .50 off Suave and I wanted them all to double, of course. She was very nice about it, but my totals were weird. She was manually entering the coupons because they don't scan, but I don't know how/why it was making the totals screwy. Here are the 4 orders that were just shampoo. My fifth order had poptarts and other stuff on it.

=.12¢ with tax
