Went to Meijer today and bought several Vive hydro gloss which Meijer listed them as bogo free. They were ringing up buy 3 get 1 free. Make certain you watch the register as it is ringing up . The cashier was trying to correct the problem but ended up charging me 2 more than should. Then looking over the receipt after home she forgot 1 bogo free vive q and suave body wash bogo free q and a $4 off $70 Meijer coupon. I called back to Meijer and got 3 people who each one thought was in command and nobody could help me . They advised me to call on Monday to another person. What a mess today. Okay ,sorry for the rant ,but lost money on coupons today who is in control over the store on the weekends. I hope they dont have a fire,noone would know what to do .

I would just take your reciept to cust. service and go from there...my store is super great that way

I will but the receipt is so messed up. And how do I prove I ad a coupon for an item? I dont know how they can help me, but I will try. They probably wont want to see me back. Infact the csm who helped the cashier about the bogo vive said I was a smart shopper in using the bogo cp on vive when it was on sale bogo. Then when I called back he said he shouldnt have let me use them. I said you get reimbursed for the coupon which I did purchase I just happened to have a coupon for it too. I want to cal corp and see what they say on bogo sales and coupon usuage.

i have emailed them about this and i am not sure so IF they get back to me i will post it here...this is the 2nd time i have emailed them...hmmmmmmmmm....not good!

I just pay it..knew it was wrong and went to customer service.
Didn't want the cashier to have to figure it out during Sunday Rush.

I just let the vive ring up however the computer chooses to do so..then I pay the bill.
I then go to customer service and tell them it should have rang up b1g1f. Then they give me my money back..

I just meant it is easier than holding up a line to have the cashier figure out what to do.
I coupon a lot (as you all know)..This draws attention to me (having the cashier figure it out).. I don't like attention in the stores.

I used the self checkout to buy the Vive and it worked fine. I bought 4 and used 2 BOGO coupons. So they were all free!
