 How many of the same item will Giant double to $1?
I have been searching the threads and do not see this anywhere, but apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. At Giant, say I have 5 of the same item and 5 50cent off coupons. Will all 5 of those coupons double to $1 off or will just a select amount double? I ran into some experience in the past and I didn't understand why some of my coupons didn't automatically double. Thanks for any feedback!!

I've since found the thread that discusses this a few months ago. I've read that some stores are doubling more and some are not? Any further clarification on if the policy has in fact been changed? Thanks to everyone for helping a newbie figure all of this out!!

I could be wrong but I'm almost positive Giant's doubling policy is that they only double one like coupon per purchase. I've never used more than one like coupon in an order before so I'm not 100% sure. HTH!

You're right. I called them. And I just went there. Broke it down into 5 transactions at self checkout. What a pain that was...the things we do to save money!!! Thanks for your input!

they double the first coupon in a string of the same coupons.....EXCEPT if they are dollar doublers----then they will double all the q's.

I do several small transactions. They really need to work on being more coupon friendly. At least Weis here lets you double 4.

What a pain this was! I asked before checking out and the girl told me 6 like doubled coupons and of course it didn't work that way and I was in there forever!! I am not sure if doubling at this store is worth the drive but the sweet baby ray's was!!
