Sign up your bonus card online and get occasional emails with store coupons, ex. $5/ $50 order, $2/$5 produce etc.

Giant stores will double one like coupon per order. Some store double up to .50 coupons, others up to .99 coupons.

Gasoline promotions, each dollar spent = 1 point, 100 points = .10 off gallon of gas.

I'll be in PA next week for a family vacation and was wondering if an out-of-towner like myself can get a bonus card, or if I need to be a resident of PA (for it to be mailed).

Or, is the card just given at the store? I'll be in the Harrisburg area if that makes a difference (some of the stores in MN have regional differences).

they give it to you right there. not sure about the address. I wouldn't think it matters. Also, they let you use the store card if you don't have yours

You should be fine! Just sign up at the CS desk, and they hand you the card right away. They don't even look at the address when you fill out the form.
