It's sunny right now (Rain later ) so I decided to walk around the yard to see what I could find. My daylillies are popping up and really getting out of control. I need to dig them up and divide them before they knock the birdbath over! There's a bunch of new little ones popping up that would be easy for me to dig out and send. This is what they look like~

If you still want to get rid of them next year I would love them. We are moving in June and I am not going to plant anything else here. But they are gorgeous and great to have!!

Beautiful. Just a word of caution to all the mailbox gardners.

I worked for the US Dept. of Agriculture (don't know what it is called these days) years ago. There were restrictions on what could be shipped or carried across state lines. This was an effort to control plant pests. So check with your state and the receiving state to determine if it is o.k. to mail. I know that businesses mail throughout the US but they probably know the rules/regs. I think it has something to do with barerooting. Just check to be certain.

I would've taken you up on this offer last year! I bought 30 daylillies when Menards had them on sale for $1.99/gallon bucket! If you have one of those stores, be on the lookout for their spring sales! They usually have hibiscus' dirt cheap too!

I got 3 colors, and alternated them, so I'm really hoping they turn out pretty this year!

These grow and multiple like gang-busters. I have some in the yard that have been here for decades! The come up every year like clockwork!

I'm slowly, but surely digging them up. I swear that the big clumps have roots that go all the way to China!!! As soon as I figure out what I have and figure out how I'm going to pay for shipping them I'll let you know. Please don't think I've been ignoring you. I've just had a rough couple of days.
