How do I get the form to send in my UPC's on baby food to get coupons? I have heard this mentioned several times but can't find it on gerber.com

Yes, only graduates!
Sometimes they post a certificate form for regular baby food, but I haven't seen it lately! I keep all my UPC's from the baby food just in case they bring it back!
