Idea New- what UPC's should we all be saving??

While viewing some old threads I came across this but it hadn't been visited in a long, long time. So As I have only been a member since October 2007 or so, I would like to ask as I'm sure would alot of other people- What UPC's should we all be saving if for no other reason than for good trading material?

I of course know about Coke codes, BTFE (Box tops for education) but what else?

Please let's make this educational for all.

I know we should also be saving Pedigree UPC's as you can get t-shirts that say "Dogs Rule". I am in the process right now of sending off for two shirts.

Also been told about Purina weight circles, which are close to the top of the bag and easy to miss.

And if you're saving codes might as well save the Pamper's too at least for trading if you don't use them.

Ok, here's a question for all of you.

Where do you find the promotions/deals at? Could you post them if you know of some form or something that is not on here? I think we're all here to help one another out and SAVE SOME MONEY in the meantime.

Slimfast Fashion Rewards: Save UPCs and receipts to send in for an American Express prepaid card. If I remember correctly you can get $40 for 23 UPCs. Ends June of 08 I believe. I have quite a stock pile of these already since I'm still trying to loose baby weight! Here is a link to the program: Slim·Fast

Caregivers Market Place also gives you cash back if you send in receipts for certain items like Huggies Diapers, Naturemade Vitamins, and a bunch of other stuff. I just sent in receipts for 9 packs of huggies I purchased during the CVS deal so I should be getting $9 back. Here is a link to that program: The Caregivers Marketplace

ive found that the coke rewards arent even really worth it. they were in the beginning, when therewere better prizes for less points, but as time goes on they keep taking off the good prizes (like giftcards) and raising the price of everything else outrageously. So as Im saving, something i might have had points for before now i need like 500 more points. and by the time i get that, the costwould have went up again. its friggin pointless. unless you want a keychain or something.

thanks to who posted about the Eggo and PopTarts, i didnt know that.

mindylou- the coke program holds nothing for me, but my DH loves it so I do trade for them from time to time and we save them. There are some good things like magazine subscriptions for a year for 150 points or so right now (I THINK), and that is 10 cases. My DH has 950 points or so. He was saving up for a golf club but they sold out before he got there. I think it is like pampers...you have to save and pray/have faith something will eventually come along. I think now they are doing free coke zeros w/24 points (or at least bogo) and if you buy coupons with your points they bricks print 2 times instead of 1 so you're getting 2 for the price of 1.

I had about 40 upc for nestle stir it up rewards and they discontinued the program even though I still found it on their website. I emailed to complain and they quickly took it off the website and then called me to say "where did you find it...take us through the process." I tried and of course it was gone so I was ticked.

OH, and Dh has no shame asking people for their coke tops when they do a work conference. He'll pick them up off the ground and I've even seen him pull one out of the garbage (right on top).

I've saved a lot of upcs for a lot of years, and it never fails, that when I get tired of saving them and throw them out, a new offer comes out for them!
I have several drawers in my office where I keep them sorted.
