the deal is, buy two differnet lysol products between 1/1/08 and 3/31/09.
take your child to a doctor's office for a check-up between 1/1/08 and 3/31/09
mail in things they ask for (receipt, form)

get $5 reward (it says reward check.)

Anywho, my question is, they say "offer may not be combined with any other offer." does this mean if I buy lysol product with lysol man. coupon, offer will be void? Or are they just saying it's okay to use coupon and use this mail in offer, but you can't combine this mail in offer with other mail in offers?

I don't see why you can't use coupons on the deal.I always have in any other rebate.
Some instances on rebates that you see in the future they will deduct the coupon from the rebate itself,rare,but does happen.
I just think In this particular one they are saying If lysol has another rebate on something you can't combine the 2 together.I haven't used it yet which Is odd since we do have 5 kids and none of them have been to the doctor since this came out.

Has anyone received their rebate check yet? I mailed mine over three months ago and haven't heard anything. Not a rejection letter for not following the letter of the law or a confirmation of receipt. There does not seem to be any contact information either. I'm getting a little discouraged about this MIR stuff.

I got mine too, but it did seem to take forever for it to arrive. Hope you get yours soon! (all I sent for the doctor's visit was the receipt my doctor's office prints out when I pay my co pay...it was dated, with office name, address and phone number, etc. )

Yes, I did get mine as well. I just checked my log and it took about 1 month for it to arrive (I did it way back in March).

yay yay yay... I finally got it! It took 16 weeks to get it, but it just showed up in the mail two days ago, in the form of a postcard. whoo hoo!
