Let me preface this by saying IM SORRY IF THIS IS NOT OKAY - i found this information - feel free to poke holes in it, Ok–I just couldn’t stand the thought of missing out on the P&G cookware deal…so I called the 1-877-733-5849 that was listed on the pic I posted. Linda in the promo department was so helpful! YOU GUYS DO NOT NEED A MIR FORM!!

All you have to do is send the following:

Name
Full Address
Phone Number
Name of retailer where you purchased your products
List the last 5 digits of the UPC of all products your purchased
A copy of your receipt. Original not needed she stated that a copy was fine–but make sure all products are on one receipt!
Send all requirements to this address:

P&G Cancer Awareness Promotion
P.O. Box 49221
Strongsville, OH 44149

Since you are posting this in the CVS Forum, did you ask Linda in the promo dept if CVS is a participating store??? If CVS is not a participating store, then the likelihood of folks receiving the cook set is not very high. It's been posted quite a few times that CVS, Target, Walmart, etc. are not participating stores.

Yes, I understand that folks can send in a copy of their receipts -- all it takes is the cost of a stamp. But the promo does require that the purchase be made at participating stores. Let's stop the hype for the promo at CVS since it isn't at this particular store. It's a great promo for other stores. (There are ways to get the set for very little $ or for free at Publix...) but it's not a promo for CVS.

This was in my Weis ad today as well. They usually have lots of the tearpads there! The gifts look so nice

I kinda edited your quote. What are the NFL ones? There was a tearpad at my local Shurfine store but it was gone! I was so mad. do you know what that deal is? Thanks

I didn't take the time to read through this thread, but I'm wary of P&G rebates now. I did the free Croc's rebate last year. Sent out the rebate form in October, finally got the croc post card to choose my shoes in March or so. Sent that in and never got them. It's not worth the hassle to me to get all the products on one receipt and not be guaranteed the "free" items.

No stores in my area. Just called and it is "NO" for CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger, Food Lion, Target, Walmart, Kmart. Toys R Us is participating, but closest to me is 45 minutes away and one of my twins is allergic to Pampers. Oh well.

Shoprite is having this deal, buy $25 of qualifying products, and will print out a catalina to send by mail and get the free pink cookware set.
I bought today 4 always Infinity total $15.96 - $1Q x 4
plus 2 Olay Regenerist cleanser total $11.98 - $1Q x 2
and got the catalina.

The 2 Olay Regenerist cleansers qualify for the offer in Olay website, to get a free eye-roller (must sent before Oct. 11 - see olay.com) but, BOTH OFFERS NEED TO SEND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, so will not be able to get both together.

You can check in shoprite's forum, to get $10 catalina from qualified $25 products, and also $4 catalina if you buy 4 pillbusry products (if buy 6 items, will come out catalina of $8).You can do these purchase first, and use the catalinas to buy the olay and always.

I purchased my P&G products from CVS. I got the form from Rainbow. I hope it will work. I did see the forms at Coborns also. They are MN based stores. I will try and get some forms, if I do, I will post it here.

Darn. I called and was told no stores in my area were participating. So, stores can join after it started? I also wrote down so many of the qualifying items (but didn't write down alot, things like pet stuff, that I personally wasn't interested in, or things I didn't have time to write). If I can find it I will try to post it, though it will definitely not be a complete list. She read the items off really quickly, and I don't know short hand
