Maybelline New York "Superstay Giveaway" Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This offer begins March 16, 2006 and ends April 30, 2006 or until 5,000 valid entries have been received or until the number of registrants exceeds 10,000, whichever occurs first. This offer is good only in the United States to persons who are legal residents and who are 18 years of age or older.

How to Enter
Obtain an entry form by April 30, 2006 by going to http://maybelline.com and following the links to the Superstay Giveaway. Complete the form in its entirety, select your lip shade color, and click the Print button to print the form. Send the fully completed entry form with a long-wear lipstick to P.O. Box 9020, Bridgeport, NJ 08014. We suggest you send completed entry via United States Postal Service (USPS). Entries sent via an express method of shipping (eg. FedEx, UPS) may not be deliverable. Associated shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. Limit one entry per person per household. Entries from multiple persons may not be included in the same envelope. Lip balms, lip-glosses and lip pencils are not eligible for this offer, will not be accepted and will not be returned.

Redemption
Entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2006. Persons who submit the first 5,000 valid entries will be sent a free Maybelline Superstay Lipcolor in the shade chosen and to the address provided in their entry forms. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. In no event will more than 5,000 Superstay Lipcolors be distributed. Approximate Retail Value of Maybelline Superstay Lipcolor is $9.95.

Limited Offer
The offer will be in effect according to the terms of paragraph one. Maybelline will post a notice on the Giveaway Website when 5,000 valid entries have been submitted or when 10,000 users have registered, if that date occurs before April 30, 2006. No more than 10,000 entries will be accepted, regardless of the number of valid product entries received. Maybelline is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents the accessing of entry. Maybelline is not responsible for late, misdirected, mutilated or returned mail. Any lip products mailed to Maybelline will not be returned.
