I received a Coupon train, A Sample from Underjams & a free coupon from Kraft after I told them about their shredded cheese that went moldy before it expired in 2 months from now.

A Helpful Hint:
Check your expiration dates & look at your cheese before buying it. In my case I it was moldy in the middle of the cheese in the bag where I couldn't see it up close. It pays to call up customer service to complain or to give nice complaints on their products. I have always gotten a coupon or two out of it.
