Good news re: Lowes Foods and coupons!
Woohoo!

Lowes Foods has decided to change their coupon policy.

First: coupons up to 0.99 will double
Second: only 20 coupons per transaction
Third: No more $35 min purchase before anything doubles


Can we all do the happy dance!?!?!
