I have added some to my -cpn but how do you keep up with them?

and find a good deal with them?Thanks

Good question! I have not really utilized the insta-save coupons, but I should be! I would love to have some input what others do to keep up with it all!

i could be wrong, but can't you print out the insta-save coupons you have from the site as well as a shopping list? i think i remember seeing that option. i am too lazy to go log in and check right now...

I print out the list of Qs or shopping list for each site and punch holes in them. I have a separate page for individual stores in the front of my notebook for things like this and FLIPS for food lion etc. I just put them with the "Kroger" page.
