First post here, but I had a great trip at Longs and wanted to share! select vitamins are on sale 33% off, including Nature's Bounty and Sundown, both of which I had coupons for.

And when you buy $30 worth of select vitamins, you get a $10 GC (MIR). Plus 3 of the brands also have coupons in the Longs coupon booklet for June. So I got:

3 b-vitamins: shelf: $3.24ish - sale price: $2.34 minus longs q for $1 and man Q for $2 = overage of 66 cents each
1 multi vitamin: shelf: $16ish - sale: $11.25 minus longs q for $1 = $10.25
1 cinnamon: shelf: $9ish - sale:$6 minus longs q for $1 and man q for $2 = $3
1 acidophilis: shelf: $7ish - sale: $5 minue longs q for $1 = $4
4 protein bars on sale for $1 each (no q)

My totals were around Shelf: $50; OOP: $19 and I qualified for the $10 GC, so when that's factored in, my total OOP was $9.
