I was born in Cadillac MI and lived there up till 1980 when we moved to warren.
In 1973, at the Michigan Chemical Corp several thousand pounds of FireMaster BP-6 were accidentally mixed with livestock feed that was distributed to farms in West Central Michigan. 1.5 million chickens, 30,000 cattle, 5,900 pigs, and 1,470 sheep then consumed this feed, and became contaminated with PBBs before the error was discovered. These animals were slaughtered and sold for meat as was any by product of the animals such as milk and eggs.

At the age of 16 we moved to California and at age 19 I got pregnant with my first son. He was 6 weeks early had heart, lung and weight issues was born without ear canals. he is bi-polar has adhd and aspergers syndrome (autism)
Child 2 came 3 yrs later 4 weeks early and had low birth weight as well as urinary issues at birth, severe acne by age 7.
Child 3 was 3 weeks early weighed 5lbs at birth by the time he was 2 weeks old he weighed 4lbs 3 oz he died at 2 weeks from heart failure.

They say the PBB from the 'accident' is fat growing weight I put on during my pregnancies made it multiply it crossed the placenta and hurt my babies.

I have diabetes, fibromyalgia, migraines, obesity, metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol, bone disease. I have had a hysterectomy, gall bladder removal sinus surgery as well as a tonsilectomy at age 40. I have Granulomas in my lungs and spleen. The drs can not figure out why my body is breaking down.
Is there any one else out there from MI experiencing medical problems that may have been poisoned as well.

My sisters have birth defects in their kids as well.

The actual chemical trade name is firemaster it contains Polybrominated biphenyls PBB is a close cousin to PCB's

In Cadillac there is a mass burial site of livestock that were contaminated but it took them a yr or better to slaughter them and bury them. that whole time they were being eaten

Farmers had 2 headed animals being born or animals with out limbs even extra limbs

cancer is one we have in my mothers family colon cancer specifically 4 of her siblings and her mother plus 2 of my cousins have had it. youngest was my uncle who died from it, his daughter was diagnosed at age 27. she metastasized and lost her female organs. she is now 39. she is now the same age her father was when he died.

everyone in my family dies b4 65, both parents are gone grandparents, alot of people in my family have had cancer,my dad died from a brain tumor,its all pampant in michigan from the beef and beef products from the 70s,its scary my cousin had to have a hysterectomy at age 21,poor girl,my sis at 30 i think had one too.i get horrible headaches,but they just blow alot of it off around here,scary stuff...

we also have alot of adhd in my family we grew up in bay city,and when i lived in az we met people from here(mi) who were all eatin up with cancer and they swear it was from the cows...i believe it was to, my mom told us alot about that when we were growing up,we also have muscle diseases in my family,my sis,aunt,nephew,im starting to wonder if i have fibro now my sis said hers started the same way,i have neck pain,knee pain pain in my groin muscles,im praying i dont, i have to work....
