If I get my ecoupons loaded from shortcuts and cellfire.. do they both come off one item? for example cellfire has $1 off 2 toaster strudel and shortcuts has $1 off 2 also. will i get $2 off my toaster strudel? and if I use a man q does that mean I can save even more? i'm confused.

I was too when I first started all this! It'll only take off one eQ per item. But! You can use one eQ and a paper Q on the same item! I've gotten a ton of good deals this way!

I give my Plus Card at the beginning, then my groceries, then my paper coupons. The shortcut, P&G, cellfire all apply at the register when groceries are scanned. After all my groceries are scanned, I give them my paper coupons. The cashiers don't have control over the card coupons and for now they stack with paper. As soon as the item scans, the e-coupon is removed from your card (will only apply to one item unless you have multiples on your card). They do not double. Several of my cashiers were not even aware that e-coupons had been applied or that there was such a thing. I would insist they attempt to scan my paper coupons or call corporate right then. I have never had a problem with mine. After shopping I can go to the shortcut, cellfire, P&G sites and it will tell you which coupons have been redeemed. You will see that they have been removed from the card. I load most of the available coupons to my card in case a sale makes them free to me. Then if we can't use the item it can be donated to the women's shelter or to a food bank. Hope this clears up questions you have about the e-q's and how they work. (I allow 2hours between loading my e-qs and using them.)

lallyy, be careful loading all of the coupons..there is a limit as to how many you can load. I used to load them all just in case, but once you hit the limit there is no way to remove unwanted coupons if a good one becomes available you'll have no space left. I stopped loading all the baby stuff for example...I don't have a baby so what's the point? and it just takes up valuable space that could be used for coupons I will use.

I just loaded coupons to my Kroger card last night...maybe 6 of them. One was for the Chex Mix. Today I bought two Chex Mix and it looks like it took .50 cents off for each bag I purchased? Is that normal? I hate the way Kroger receipts are...they are so confusing to read.

If you had 2 q's loaded on Shorcuts, sometimes they have multiples. Also there was a Chex Mix q on Cellfire too. It should deduct it right after the purhcase price and they're labeld as e(whichever co.) coupons -.50

Thanks, Moogy. I figured it out. It did have two different coupons for the Chex-Mix on shortcuts that I had loaded. Bonus for me. Didn't know I would be getting free Chex Mix today....

You know what. The same thing happened to me after we had this discussion. My next trip to Kroger I got on pkg of Chex mix and 3 e-q's came off! Plus I had my paper q....Whoo hoo!
