Anyone else having problems with shortcuts? I've loaded the coupons and never have had a problem with them coming off. NONE have come off in the past 2 weeks..... I've emailed them and they added a next time $1.40 coupon will come off for the ones that were missed. I need to email them again and tell them the others haven't come off or the next time your card is scanned one has yet to come off. I've used the coupons tons before and NEVER had a problem!!!

Has anyone else been getting the shotcuts discount and then using a manufacturers coupon to get a better discount, the cashiers at my store have been taking both off for me, plus I bring in my own shopping bags and have been getting more off on my bill.

I have never heard of this site before today. I did register my Kroger card and loaded some of the coupons on there, can I still load the coupons off of the Kroger site? Also, I beleive that I have read that I can use paper coupons with the loaded ones. I know that for the one I load off of the Kroger website I can, so I guess I can with these too. Yes, you can use digital q's with Manu q's. Also, just noticed that some magazines were added to Shortcuts.

Can you use the shortcuts on more than one product? If you have 4 items will they all be discounted or just one of them? oh and do the shortcuts double as well?

No, you can only use 1 of the Shortcuts coupons per item (unless you have more than 1 digital coupon on your Kroger Card, such as 2 Shortcuts Cottonelle q's) and they do not double.

I have 2 Shortcuts q's on my card for Cottonelle TP, so I'd be able to use both digital q's along with my paper q's.

My Kroger won't let me use both and I called and emailed everyone. Only Shortcuts said it was allowed. The Kroger manager here in Fort Wayne even accused me of committing coupon fraud. I emailed Kroger headquarters and they told me the same thing. I actually got in a fight with the cashier because I intentionally didn't buy anything I had on my shortcuts list with a paper coupon, but for some reason one that had expired popped up anyway. The cashier went off on me telling me she had told me the last time I couldn't do that. I told her I didn't have it on there and she showed me it was still there. I told her to keep it then and I would just shop somewhere else and she said good. Needless to say I haven't been back, but I have called and emailed everyone i can think of to no avail.
So those of you who get to use both enjoy it because not all of us can.

I did this a few week,s ago and after I added the ones I wanted it told me it had been added to my card. Then I clipped my coupons I got out of the newspaper. Then I went to the store, and thought I would try to use both, and yes they did accept it! I was so surprised. The coupon was for Folger's black silk coffee, it was on sale from 10.99 to 5.99 the card coupon was for 1.00 off and the paper coupon was .75 off which doubled. so in all i got 2.50 off the coffee, which i was really glad i dint pay the original 10.99 as the coffee to me and hubby is undrinkable!

Also, check your local organizations. You can "link" your Kroger card to the organization of your choice and a small percentage of what you buy is donated by corporate back to the group. My organization is Friends of the Library.

I am an employee at the library and know how hard the Friends groups work and every penny they can generate goes directly back to the library. My co-worker is a DAR member and she donates hers to them.

Anyway, ask your friends if they know of something. Help some group out with no OOP from your pocket.

Wow!!! I could be helping out a local non-profit while shopping AND using coupons at Kroger??? Count me in. How do I go about doing this???
