I went to Kroger (Gerbes here) today mainly to get milk and potatoes, and ended up buying a few other things while I was there. Viva paper towels .99, Sun laundry detergent .99, Capri sun .99, and Nutri-grain bars $1.49. (Prices after $3 mega sale)

I finally made it back to the store last night. I was disappointed that the pot pies were .49 after mega sale. Not a big deal though. I had a great cashier and since there wasn't anyone in line behind me we started talking about coupons and their coupon policy. She informed me that as of last week the store manager decided to start accepting expired coupons up to two weeks after the expiration date!!! They used to do this several years ago but quit after "the show" came out. I'm so glad they are starting this up again!

After MEGA prices at Frys... Pringles $0.99 Chex Mix $0.99 Dinty Moore $0.99 UKotex $2.49 GM cereal $1.49 Orville Redenbachers Popcorn $1.49 Tide $5.99 Downy $3.99 PF Goldfish $0.99 Ritz Crackers $1.77 SunnyD $0.99 Pace Picante $1.99 CapriSun $1.99 Pampers Wipes $1.99 Not too bad here, since almost all these had DigiQs or in-store Qs or IPs. So, we paid even less after Qs.
