A. Kroger allows customers to use Kroger Store Coupons, Manufacturer Coupons, and Catalina Coupons, also known as Your Bucks along with e-coupons/digital coupons.

Q. Does Kroger offer rain checks, and how do they work?

A. Kroger issues rain checks on out of-stock advertised sale items. Normally the rain check is ONLY good for 30 days from the date of issuance. Be sure to check with your local store to determine how long the rain check will be good for in your area.

Note that if the advertisement states “while supplies last”, “no rain checks”, or “limited quantities” a rain check WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

**Also note Kroger does not offer rain checks for items not carried at Kroger. **

A. Unless you reside in Texas in which they have ended double and triple coupons your store should double everyday automatically.
Q. Does Kroger track Catalina deals?

A. No Kroger does not track Catalina deals it is a all or nothing deal in which all items much be purchased right then and there to assure you get the savings.

Q. How do I sign up for Kroger Home Mailer Coupons?

A. Be sure you have a Kroger Plus card and that you use it each and every time you shop at Kroger. In addition, make sure all of your account information is up to date by going to Kroger.com.

Q. What is Kroger's Scan Right Guarantee?
A. Essentially the policy is this- if an item rings up incorrectly at the register you are entitled to receiving that item for free. Simply bring your receipt to the Customer Service desk and you should be given the item for free.

Q. If Kroger has a 10 for $10.00 sale do I have to buy ten items?

A. NO! If you simple purchase one item you will pay ONLY $1.00.

*However, don't confuse this Sale Event with Kroger's Mega Event Sales of Buy 10 items get $5.00 etc...*

Q. Does my Kroger offer cents off per reusable shopping bag?

A. There may still be some Krogers that might, but you need to contact your local Kroger in order to be sure.
