Not sure about Kroger, but Food Lion has the 4 pack TP for about $1.19 and the single paper towels are about .89... Hope that helps. Marcel used to have the $1/1 coupon without size restrictions and I would stock up on freebies there but now they have gotten smart and put size requirements on the coupons. :-(
