The same thing happened to me the next day after I played the first time. Did you play late at night? It was pretty late when I played, around 11:30 pm, and I wondered if there was a time zone issue where it was already midnight where ever the game server is? It's happened to me before with these Kroger games. Now I try to get online to play earlier in the day and I haven't had any more trouble.

Brie is right... you should click on "claim prize". It should be on the game page. In your prize history it should say ...

"Loaded Save $x.xx off any purchase Prize Coupon to Card"

Also, you should see them loaded on your card under "active coupons".

OK the problem is Flash version. Worked fine on DH's. Normally there is a message saying you need to update your flash version but didn't this time.

i loaded my winnings on my card and went to kroger. it did not come off. i went to the customer service and they didnt know what i am talking about. even the manager.

i called the 1-800 number, they said they will email me, and they did. and after a week, i got my winnings back on my card thanks again VABB!

Won .25 today, 1.00 yesterday, .50 Saturday and .25 Thursday. I tried on my pc but it didn't win. I play on my iPad and I win every time. It doesn't load the game but it waits a second or two then tells you to claim the prize. If you have an iPad try on it, if you are having problems winning.
