The max limit has changed from $1 to $2 a gallon. So if you have 2000 points, you can score some gas to get your two grocery carts of food home.

I would be excited but the most I have ever made it to is 700 points. We don't have meds to bump us, don't buy the GC because we don't spend money at most of those places and don't have the money to buy 2000 in groceries so good luck to those that can benefit from the change.

Using frees help me get to it, I've gotten $1 twice so far. Last time I got 400 from a $100 amazon gift card though. Thinking next month we are buying a swingset from home depot so I'll get a rather large gift card then!

Oh this is great news and just in time too. We are doing some home improvements and can get Lowes gift cards. This will be used to fill up my 12 passenger van. Hope we can get the points at least twice. Once this month and next. Anyone know if you can get over 2000 points in a month? I second or third??? buying gift cards for fuel savings. I probably buy Lowes cards the most but I also purchase a restaurant or two every few months and whenever I want something from Amazon I buy cards at Kroger first. This weekend Lowes has mulch for 2.50 a bag and (we needed alot as well other many other supplies) due to our grad's open house so I purchased$150 in Lowes cards, got 600 points towards gas and used my cards for purchases at Lowes. I too use any coupons for freebies at Kroger since they add up to more savings. In fact I'm heading there today to get a gift card for a birthday and sadly more Lowes cards since we need more supplies.
