I bought 4 of the fresh takes and 1 cooking creme, but no OYNO printed. So, I went to CS, but they said I'd have to call or email about it. So, I did and they said that after reviewing my purchases, I didn't meet the criteria. ??? Anyone know what's up? Did anyone else have this problem too? Now, I'm pretty upset, because I certainly wouldn't have bought the creme. I just thought it might be able to be used in the icing I was making that weekend, but it didn't work out that it could. Plus, I make my own cheese/breadcrumb mixture that's made with homemade whole grain bread and I use low fat cheese, so it's healthier.

Have you considered returning all your purchases with your receipt? Someone else reported not getting the OYNO and the Catalina folks mailed hers within a week or so. Sorry you didn't have a good experience.

Yeah, I did it within the time period it was going on. I did consider it, but since I wanted to try 2 of the fresh take ones, I have 2 that I used. When I go to Kroger, I'll take the other 2 and the creme back, since they weren't nearly the price I wanted them to be. Better hurry, because one of the 2 fresh takes that I was keeping, mom already ruined by taking all of the breadcrumbs out- I've been sick and she didn't know where I keep my homemade ones. Grrrr...I don't like others in my kitchen.
