I got my $4 loaded on my card with only 2 digital coupons added. I went to Kroger and purchased 2 items that were not P&G items and the $4 came off the balance. It does not have to be used on P&G. yay!!

Thank you OP!!! I chose to load a cpn that I would not have a paper cpn for that I wanted to use and double ie Tide $2. Our store does not allow us to use eCoupons and paper cpns on the same items. Love getting $4 to use on next trip.

When an e-coupon doesn't come off for me I go to cust service and they are able to check my acct and see if the coupon was loaded & if I bought the right items. If everything is okay then they just issue a cash refund for me in the store. Not sure if every store has this certain program or not but it's worth a shot!

good deal on kelloggs cereal rice krispies and froot loops big boxes are on sale 2.99 18oz size so buy 4 =11.96 - $4 off makes them $2 box and get gallon milk free. also found kraft cheese blinkies $1.25 off 2, no charmin blinkies though

Was so irritated, went to Dillons and my 4.00 didn't come off so went to customer service and they looked it up. My husband used it to buy his FIVE DOLLAR lunch!!! I was ticked!!! I just checked kroger.com and the P&G coupons are still available for you to load to your card. Maybe the system was down when you checked.

Click on the ad for the promotion, it takes you to 3 pages of ONLY P&G coupons, that might not be on the regular coupon pages.
