I went to Kroger today and they are now telling me they don't take internet printed coupons. I have been using them before. I even pointed out on their website where you can print Q's out and they still wouldn't take them. ![]() So I emailed corporate and will see what they say.

I have had that problem too ........ it all depends on the manger at the store. I just go to one that takes printable ones

Yeah, mine doesn't either. I agree that it's silly to put them on your website and not honor them. I'll write again too!

mine will too,but I just can't walk in there with a dozen or more of the same ones and really expect them to take 'em.Kroger has been burned nationally several times in the past over coupons.

My Kroger has a limit. They will only accept internet printable coupons up to $1 and no more than 3 of the same coupon at a time. My Kroger also doubles them up to $1 though...even the ones that say not to double them. So I really can't complain. ![]()

They accepted a few of my internet coupons the other day...but I used to go to school with the person that was at the register, so I dont know if that had anything to do with it!

I called my local Kroger's yesterday and had a conversation with customer service. She told me that if they are on the website then we have to take the internet printable coupons. Maybe if several of us take the time to email or call corporate then they will send out a bullentin to all their store managers informing them that this is company policy!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]()

The biggest problem Ive had with Krogers is the wine tag coupons. The cashiers will study the coupon then say you need to buy wine and I say no the coupon states I do not need to purchase wine. The state I live in requires no purchase of wine. Then the cashier will call the manager and I go through all of this again. I say read the coupon. Finally, the manager will o.k. the coupon. They make you feel like a criminal trying to cheat them. These wine tag coupons are good coupons to have, but is it worth the trouble at Krogers. I dont think so. How about you all? ![]()

My Kroger will only take printables up to $1 and no freebies. This is the pits, but the only store in town that will even take them. :/

I love my Kroger! They double and triple up to 0.50! I don't usually have problems with q's there --- but if all they do is double and triple up to 0.50 -- I will still love them for that and that alone! I can have my Starbucks fix while I shop ![]() I can shop there and save more than 60% without trying and upwards to 80% - 90% when I really put some effort into my basket. Then I can go right outside and gas my car up with an extra 0.10 off per gallon. Whoo Hoo for KROGER!!!

I emailed Kroger from their website and told them that my internet printed coupons were refused because according to the cashiers Kroger no longer accepts ANY internet printed coupons. This only happened at one of the 4 Kroger area stores and I had just used IP coupons at this store the week before with one the long time cashiers. Yes, I think everyone should email and call and maybe all stores will be on the same page. I received the reply below and printed it out to carry with me. First of all, thank you for thinking Kroger! In response to your question…Kroger instituted a change in the company's policy to now accept print-at-home (PAH)s internet coupons as of December 1st and as store divisions across the United States are being notified as to this change…hopefully, management word has gotten down to each store's 'front-end' head-cashier. We do accept internet coupons, providing the following is true: 1) The coupon is not for a Free product or for more than 75% off the original cost - we do not accept those from the internet. 2) The coupon scans properly at the register. If the registers do not register is, it is most likely not a valid coupon. 3) If the coupon is altered in any way. Other than that, yes, we do accept Internet coupons. You may simply provide your cashier with the coupon at the time of check out and as long as it scans, it is fine. Sincerely, Paul Antus Consumer Affairs

"thank you for thinking kroger" - I love that...but not as good as "get krogering." I HEART Kroger!!!! Triple up to 39, double up to 50, give no hassle about any coupons yet, carry tons of obscure food, hire lots of mentally challenged (or whatever the p.c. word of the year is) employees. I LOVE THAT!

I got that same email. The problem was the coupon didn't scan but she didn't even try it w/ the handgun thingy. I got a call from the store manager tonight but I wasn't home. I guess I will call him tomorrow. I hate the fact that they called me though. I don't do well w/ confrontation. I will just take my business elsewhere if they are going to be ugly to me.

I don't think they can sell ANY food that is expired.......why on earth would they mark down baby food? That is just dumb. When I have found expired things (yogurt, juice, etc...) and pointed it out to the workers, they immediately pull all of them that are expired and take them to the back to throw away.
