I have been avoiding Krogers since they stoped double/triple qs.Has onyone in this region heard or seen any difference in the policy? Wish they would go back to being q friendly. Since they did all this changes I feel weird using qs there.

No, they still don't double or triple coupons anymore. I shop there still, but only for REALLY good deals (ie cartbusters and mega deals) now. I wish we could combine the electronic ones on our cards with MQ still.

Nothing new I just got an email from corporate office saying that as of Sept xx 2011 all stores in Texas except for Bryan/College Station no longer double and triple.

I wonder how many customers they've lost because of not doubling/tripling. I used to buy a very large percentage of our weekly groceries at Kroger, but now I pay more attention to the sales at Tom Thumb and Albertsons, and price match at Walmart. It's probably been at least two weeks since I've been to Kroger.

I've only done 3 couponing trips there since they stopped. Everything seems the same except no doubling/tripling.

It was my primary grocery store until they quit doubling. Think I've been in there like 4 times since they stopped doubling. They lost my business. Unfortunately, only a small % of people coupon and even fewer are heavy couponers like AFCers so I doubt they miss us. I'm still holding on to hope.

I am still shopping there and enjoying getting a lot of great deals with a lot less competition. High value coupons that wouldn't have doubled against clearance stock + gas points. A big beautiful Kroger Marketplace opened not too far from me, tons of tearpad coupons as the most shelfclearing locals have gone over to frequent Albies so plenty of those for me. In many ways this has been a blessing in disguise.

I've stopped shopping there too....and that use to be the only grocery store I shopped at. I now go to wally world (not very often) or HEB....Kroger is about a mile from my house, HEB about 5 miles and WW about 7 miles....there is a new wally world going in just a block down from Krogers...so, guess wally world might be my #1 choice in 2012. Kroger Marketplace is beautiful....a step up from the usual Krogers....If I had one close, I might reconsider my decision about Krogers. But I miss those double/triple coupons...

I haven't been to Kroger since 9/13/11 (the day before they stopped double/triple coupons here). I used to go there at least 2-3 times per week as they are located directly across the street from my neighborhood. I'm sure they don't miss me -- and I really don't miss them either.

I only go and get the good deals of the week...and quick runs to get milk because it is the closest grocery store to my house. Like the last 2 weeks I stocked up on the pillsbury cookie dough promotion they had going on. Now have plenty of cookie dough to make cookies for the kids lunches when they head back to school. There are some weeks that I don't go at all because there aren't any sales that peak my interest.

I was wondering if it's just certain states that have that policy of no doubling or tripling of coupons

Right now it's Texas that doesn't double/triple. What state are you in?

I thought Arkansas was in the Delta region. As far as I know, they still double.

I don't like to shop at Kroger either unless I really, really need to find something (baking ingredients) that I don't want to go all the way to Tgt or wm for. Kroger really messed up the whole double/triple q thing. I much rather go to Albies or Tom Thumb now, but it's only on occasion, I always look at the ads for these online 1st for good deals. Well, that's my opinion anyway.

Messaged you GrasshoppaI shop where I get the best deals. Grocery stores are not like an ex boyfriend to me. Why limit yourself?
