Many Krogers have a senior citizen day where anybody over 55 with a customer card will received a discount, usually 5%.

Many Krogers will give an item to a customer for free if the scanned price is different from the shelf price. One item will be free, the others at the sale price. Ask store for details.

Question: Where can I go to contact customer service, I need to report bad customer service I recieved. I recently went into my local Kroger and found a great deal on dog food, Alpo : Come and Get it 16lb bag for 4.78. When I scanned it at U-scan it rang 9.99. So I ask the Kroger clerk why, she nicely said she would get an assistant to check. When she called the assistant over, the very first thing she did was roll her eyes, and then let out a sigh, and then after about 10 seconds she proceeded to go check. The dog food aisle just happened to be right up the aisle from check out the whole time. I told her as she was walking away that is was all the way at the end of the aisle, so she could find it easy. She walked to the first part of the aisle , looked down and then came back up to the register, told the clerk 8.29 and then left.
I told the clerk, that I wondered where she got that number from and ask her if she would hold the items, while I go check myself. I went back and the sign I saw was still there, I proceeded to grab tag so I could take it to customer service. The assistant saw this and said rudely, " you cant take the....." but I ignored her and kept walking towards customer service.

The handled everything professionally and courteously.

But I want to make sure someone talks to the girl that really seemed to be bothered by helping a customer, any suggestions on where I can lodge my complaint, so something will be done.

If you were happy with the rest of the service your received, I would contact your local store and voice your concerns instead of contacting the corporate service center. Probably more would be done to address the concerns since they know the person and can speak directly to her.

no, ecoupons (kroger, cellfire, shortcuts, p&G) won't double.

Do they advertise when they will double coupons like they used to or do they just automaticly double?

Unless you are in an area that no longer doubles (Houston, Dallas, etc.), your store should double every day automatically.

I have started to see some printed coupons that some customers are leaving on shelfs, I'm guess because they didn't whant to use them. They are not standard printed from home, or printed on cat paper. These are printed on a manilla colored semi-gloss paper and say Korger on them. Where do these come from?? Does Kroger have a coupon printing station that I don't know about??? Last week I found on for $3 off your total cleaning purchase...these are some good coupons so I would like to know where to get more.

The coupons you are asking about are the personalized coupons that Kroger sends out to some of its customers and are often customized, based on your previous purchases. If you are not already receiving these, log in to kroger.com, click on My Account, and make sure all your info is up-to-date. Also, don't forget to use your Kroger card with each purchase. Hopefully, you'll get some of these soon!

Yes, they do. Many stores will only write rain checks if the item is in the ad, though. I think they have a 30-day expiration, too.

Kroger does not price match. Walmart & Target do.
