Has anyone heard about Saving Star? I read about it on a blog. If I understand it correctly, you load coupons on to your loyality card (Kroger, CVS, ect.) and when you purchase that item the $$ amount goes into an "account" and when you get $5 in your account you can cash it in via paypal, Amazon gift card ect. This is the first I'd heard about it and wonder if anyone has any experience with it. Thanks in Advance

Kroger joins SavingStar program! A different kind of ecoupon

I posted about this a couple weeks ago. It is a brand new program, so not much experience using it yet. I bought Heinz vinegar last week, which I had loaded the Heinz $1 off ecoupon on my shopper card. I'm waiting to see how long it takes for the reward to show up in my account.

It takes mine about 5 to 7 days to show up in the account.

I just asked for my "rewards" to be put onto an Amazon GC but I'll see what happens

I used the Wisk one today, waiting to see how long it takes to get into my account.

How long did it take for the savings to hit your savingstar account? I bought some Heinz vinegar about 2 1/2 weeks ago and haven't seen the savings in my account yet.

It was 5 or 6 days, you might want to get in touch with someone about that - seems too long to me. I think their site says it shows up within 7 days.

I did the wisk deal last week and still haven't seen the savings with my saving star account so I called support to see if there was a problem. The lady said it could be up to 30 days before you see your first savings but the more u use it it should get faster and be about 5-7 days every time.

Thanks. I know the website states 7-30 days. So, I'm not in panic mode yet. I know this is a brand new program for a lot of stores. It may take a while to iron out all the details and stuff. For me, I think of it as a nice little bonus. And if I can make $5 a month on it, I'll be one happy camper.

I bought some Lean Cuisine's a few days ago and it's still not showing up on my account. I'm interested to see how long it will take. I love the concept though! Like Kycha said...it's an extra little bonus to enjoy!

I bought the Wisk that was on sale last Friday, and it hasn't shown up, but it's my first transaction, and it hasn't even been a week. I'm so excited to see how this works!

Can you use this and the upromise system at the same time I wonder? There are many identical coupons.
