| Just saw the Cartbuster ad
So I was on another forum site, and a person in the Mid-Atlantic region posted scanned pics of the Kroger Cartbuster ad....and literally, NOTHING stood out...maybe I have just come to expect too much, but it looked like a regular grocery ad for any given week at an average grocery store. Granted, I am not in the mid-atlantic region, but there was literally nothing exciting in this ad. The only thing that would remotely catch my attention was quaker cereals for 1.98...so, 0.98 after qs....and honestly I don't usually pay that for cereal anymore...and quaker oatmeal was 1.99 before qs. Looks like I will just wait for the next Mega sale

I've got the ad for the Cincinnati/Northern KY ad and I just said the same thing. Nothing stood out and it looks like a regular ad!

folks, cartbuster is NOT a mega. just remember when u hear the words cart and buster it literally is a BUST.

I'm THRILLED to hear this!!! LOL!! I so badly need a break from Kroger, especially with another Mega coming in a couple weeks or so. |

Yea this is actually good news for me. A decent break is needed! Lol. Now I have 2 weeks to rest up and prepare for the next Mega....

I need the break as well. I was actually even glad that there will be no coupons this weekend. I'll skip Kroger this coming week. The only thing I was really interested in were the Hunt's tomatoes. I saw they were .89 cents. I'll pass. Be kinda careful with that other site (if it's the same one I'm thinking about)...I've been getting security warning pop-ups. As for the next mega sale, I posted last years a week or two ago. It hit about mid-September. Maybe we'll get one then??
