i am new in dallas,tx never shopped in kroger.i went yesterday and got the kroger card.i read at check out they double the coupon upto .50 and tripple upto .39 .is it correct?

i dont undersand the mega saver deal which is buy 10 get $5 rebate...what i understand is if you buy 10 then you will get the sale price and also $ 5 rebate...how do you get the rebate is it the cat coupon like walgreen's rr and you have to use in the store if yes after how many days it get expire...??

one more thing when i was registering the kroger card they asked the prefer store for shopping ..can you only shop for that store or any...and also when you upload coupon's how it works....

please explain me ...

When you are shopping during a mega deal, for every ten items you purchase in that deal you will have $5 taken off your total at the end...for instance tonight I purchased 100 items in the mega deal (yes it's crazy I know.) and for every ten items I got $5 taken off my total...that equals $50 that was taken off my total at the end. So say my total bill was $75 and then the $50 came off which would make it only $25!

I think you can shop at any Kroger and be able to use your Kroger card...I have at least.

When you want to upload coupons, all you have to do is go to the websites. There are 3 I know of:

P&G esaver
Shortcuts
Cellfire (they'll ask for your cell number)

Register yourself, add your Kroger card, upload the coupons you want. They'll only be taken off once. If they aren't for some reason, contact customer service and they'll usually give you a courtesy coupon. These coupons will not double or triple and they work with Man. coupons.

Also, if your Kroger has a fuel area, (at my Kroger, it may be different at yours) they give you a .10 cent credit for every gallon of fuel/ per every $100. you spend in store. If you don't have the points, you can still get .03 cents per gallon by simply scanning your card.

Also, be sure and check above in the OYNO Catalina thread. Kroger has a machine that spits out Catalinas for money off your next order IF you purchase certain items. That thread will list that deal information.

ok..tell me more what does mix and match mean like if i buy 9 classic coke 's each and buy 1 diet coke ..or any other item of mega deal like carnation or dole...

Yes, you can mix and match. You can buy 3 cokes, 3 carnation milks, 3 cheez-its, and 1 nestle chocolate chips and the rebate will still come off. OR you can buy each of the 10 as a different item.

thnaks ..i want to ask one more thing i have 3 coupon's for sunny d smothies value .25 ....will they all double or only one will double other will b face value...

Does the Kroger there have the smoothies as part of the sale?? I don't think ours does. (I'm in a different region than you so, it's possible)

If so, it's a YMMV sort of thing. I've seen some people say that their Kroger will double/triple only so many of the 'like' coupons. Mine for instance has unlimited doubles meaning, they'll double (like 10 or more) of the same coupon. You may want to ask them at the customer service desk before you check out.

If your Kroger triples up to .39, then they should triple.
