Does anyone know how you get the tombstone rebate everyone's talking about? I think its $10 back on four pizzas. Sounds great!

You need to have the Kraft MIR form, the original receipt and 4 UPC codes of the pizza for submission. Offer expires 11/3 IIRC.

I used $1.50/2 coupons for this, got them at SWM @ 2.50 x 4 =$10 less $3 =$7 and get back $10 check.

it is a great MM deal!

the form I used wasn't a printable. it was like one of those beer MIR forms. try to google if the form is available online.
