| So, the two weeks ago I went in Kroger's to get a Kroger's plus card. I didn't shop because I wanted to load the e-coupons first. I loaded shortcuts.com, cellfire, pgesaver, and upromise. From cellfire, I kept getting texts that my coupons didn't load, so I knew those wasn't going to work. But the others said that the q's were loaded. So, I get to the store and none of the Qs worked. Could it be because it was my first time using my Kroger's card? Please help because I have to drive 45 minutes to my nearest Kroger's and when I go I want to get the max on savings. Thanks! |

Gosh! I don't know but this morning when I went to use my card she was like it's not scanning I was like can't you key it in she said no I have to give you a new one???? I am like what..anyways I had coupons loaded onto that card that I couldn't use today I was not happy and to make it worse none of the signs were posted at 830am and its 24hour Krogers

I went to Kroger yesterday and was having problems with my card. I wonder if they are having some issues with the system. Hopefully, things will start working right soon!

I went to Kroger yesterday and had no issues with my card. Maybe you should call customer service.

| Thanks! I will do that. It was Saturday when I went and I know I purchased items that I had Q's for. My Kroger's card worked, my Q's just didn't work. |

I went to kroger today to use my shortcut q's because they were supposed to expire today. After checking out I looked at my receipt and my shortcuts weren't on there. However the cellfire q's were. Do the cellfire q's override the shortcuts or can you only use one or the other? thanks.

One or the other per item. So if you bought just one say bag of NV Granola it would only take the q from one of the ecompanies. If you bought 2 bags it would take one from each ecompany.

I have no clue where my original Kroger Card is so I always just enter my phone number associated with mine and it works everytime for the most part. I too have had "hiccups" with the e-coupons. One of my krogers I took the receipt and printout to CS and they refunded it the other time at a different Kroger they told me to contact Corporate and I did and they did nothing told me to contact the coupon site. I have noticed that at ShortCuts and Cellfire there is a place on thier website that you can submit claims if the e-coupons did not come off like they were supposed too.

I've loaded q's once from P&G and they didn't work either.

they don't override, but if you have cellfire and shortcuts for same item, only 1 will come off...the one with the closest exp date if you buy 2 items, they should both come off Quote:
