| P&G eCoupon Didn't Work :(
I just received an e-mail from P&G reminding me that my eCoupons were about to expire. Frebreze Noticeable Starter Kits were on it! I just bought one on sale at Kroger days ago. Since I had forgotten my card, I typed in my phone number.. The Q was never taken off the total. P&G shows it was never used. Could it be because I didn't scan my card? Or is this one of the finicky things I should watch out for?

It is probably because you didn't scan your card. If it ever happens again, just make sure you have your print off from the e-coupons you have and then go to CS and show them the print off and what should have come off. I did this one time and I had no problems getting the coupon $$ back in cash.

I used my fusion razor e-coupon last night just by punching in my phone number. It came off. Do you have more than 1 card? Is the right phone number linked?

I had the same problem yesterday and this morning. I know my info is right because this is the first time they've ever not come off. And I made sure to have purchased the correct items. I emailed them and got this response: "Thank you for contacting your P & G eSAVER Account help center. Please log into your account and check that (1) your card number is enteredcorrectly in your account and (2) the items you purchased meet therequirements for the coupons. Please email us a list of the eSaver items that you purchased, the eSavercoupon value, your card #, the date that you purchased the items, and thestore. If you have your receipt, fax your receipt to 650-624-3899 with your emailaddress included on the receipt and we can look into this issue. Weapologize for the inconvenience. *We cannot accept images or email attachments." I will pursue and see what happens. Good luck, Mary Jean

pg e coupons act up sometimes it scan with the # but most of the time you need your card print it out show it to cs my store manager told me that when it happened to me
