Will the register beep for the snuggle coupon because of overage? I don't get overage too often at Kroger, so I don't remember.

I doubt it will because the price of the Snuggle before the $5 off is $3.49. The snuggle will ring up as this price so the Q will not give overage. The $0.01 overage will come off when the $5 comes off at the end. I hope that made sense!

Ok, so I found out the Mega Event will be in my area this week too (Michigan), but it is my first mega event. I need some guidance! The ad says no limit, so does that mean that for every ten items I'll get the $5 off? Would y'all give me a little more of an explanation or send me a link to some place that the strategy is explained? I've been on these forums and reading like crazy, but am somewhere above the experience level in the coupon 101 section, but am still VERY far behind the rest of y'all!

Yes, you should get $5 off for every 10 participating items you purchase. I still try to do only 5 deals per transaction though. It's easier for me to keep up with that way. Just make sure you check the print ad. I think some areas have had limits in the past when others haven't.

If you have the $3 off surf detergent coupons and haven't used them yet, it will be free also. The Q expires tomorrow though, so this is a one day deal. I've held onto mine hoping to pick some up for my dad (can't use it in my machine). I almost tossed them this morning. Can't wait to see the look on his face when I bring him this. He looked at me like I was crazy when I stocked the laundry room with enough snuggle to last a year last week.

OMGosh, I just told DH I NEED to go and get some MORE toothpaste. He just shook his head. We already have 8 tubes stockpiled!!!! I got those for about .20 each. I just can't pass up .25 toothpaste though!!!

For the Hall's cough drops there is also $1/2 coupons out that are insert coupons that I gotten so FREE cough drops just in time for winter. My kids have already started with the couple bags I got at Rite aid this week. But free is tons better.

Betty Crocker Potatoes are included at .99 after discount. .40 MQ and e-coupons make these free and cheap.

Del Monte canned tomatoes are included, I think at .49 after discount. $1 off 5 MQ from 9/20 RP makes them .29 each.

There are peelies for $2.00/2 Cheez its 10.5 oz. or larger, not sure the size of the sale ones. On the Frank's Hot Sauce, I have .50/1 reg. hot sauce and 1.00/1 there wing sauce. HTH!!
