| I went to Kroger on Wednesday Oct. 14th, and I bought the 48 oz. bag of Kroger brand chicken breast on sale for $6.99. For some reason, they gave me $6.00 off on it. It said "automatic coupon" for the chicken, like when you use the Kroger card and it takes off auto. coupons which are actually just the sale price. I was wondering if anyone knew why it would ring up $6.00 off. If I knew that it would happen again, I would go get a lot more. |

When using ecoupons (Cellfire/Shortcuts) does anyone know if you have two on your card for the same product (ie $1 off of Febreeze, then $3 off the same Febreeze product) how those are applied? Is only one at a time applied? or both? If one at a time, then which comes off first?

My Kroger excitement for the day was being behind an out of state couple who wanted to use my Kroger card. I happily gave it to them to help them out not realizing that they spent $167.00! I was so excited to get all that credit toward my gas reward!!!

I did a big run on Sunday buying a lot of things not on sale and no q's so my OOP was high at 87.83 but my total savings was 100.46 so I saved 55%. Some of my q deals were Healthy Choice frozen entree's 1.96 each - $2.00/1 IP = .04 overage Febreeze Noticbles 5.99 - $4.00/1 q = 1.99 (not the best deal but I love these and it was cheaper to buy the whole starter kit than it would be to get the refill). Scott 4 double roll TP 2.99 - 1.00/1 = 1.99 -regular price is 4.99 so this is pretty good Glade Candles in the Tin + 4 pack refills 2.99+2.99=5.98 - 3.49 free refill q - 1.50/1 q = .99 for both Bic Soleil 4 pack razors BOGO 6.22 for 2 - 2 $3.00/1 = .22 for 2 4packs! (AWESOME DEAL) Spam single serving packs 1.00 each - 2.00/3 Hormel products = .33 each Chef Michael's Dog food 3.89 - 3.00/1 = .89 Plus I had a Kroger q for double rewards points - those are pre coupon so I racked up almost 3 bucks in rewards. |

if you have 2 on your card, and you purchase 1 item, the Q with the closest exp date will be applied if you buy 2 items, one will be applied to each item Quote:

The Wanchai Ferry Dinner Kits are good. My husband and I love the Sweet/Sour Chicken. I just take a pound of fresh chiken tenders or breasts and it's done in no time.

We love the orange chicken wanchai ferry dinner kits. Haven't tried the others yet, though. It is the boxed kits that are on sale. I didn't look at the frozen ones - I have to stay away from that part of the store until I make room in the freezer |

The spicy garlic kit is fantastic! Didn't notice it in the specials when I glanced online this morning, but I hope we've got that deal here. There was also a shortcuts for $1 off last I checked. (cooking tip: When I make the wanchai ferry kits, I sprinkle a little rice vinegar in the water with the rice as it cooks and splash a little more on when it's done and it's great!) |

These are great deals...I see that some of the stores triple but mine only doubles to .50. After that it's face value.

On our Kroger trip yesterday they had Gillete Shampoo back in the clearance area for 1.79. Also had Ban deo but I cant remember the price AND I had q's that they doubled to a $1. Made the deo I think around $1. I told my husband there was someone on here that doesnt like to pay over .10 for deo!! We were pleased with what we got. Also, they had Hunts snack pack pudding 10 for $10 and I had $1 off 4 q's. So I got them for .75ea. I dont do as good as some of you, but I am saving more money since I found this site and see the ads in advance. But now I have stockpiled so much I need to just STOP for awhile and use what I have. I have declared a moratorium on buying..deo, shampoo and vitamins til the first of the year.
