| Cellfire and Shortcut$
I read on Shortcut$ that coupons can't be combined with others. How will we know which coupon from which site was deducted? Will our receipt tell us? Last edited by jld1; 10-07-2009 at 10:24 AM. |

It shows on your receipt where the coupon came from - discriptions directly from my reciept state - (SCuts-Fruitsnk) and (Cfire NV Gran Bars) and also (eSaver Dawn) - I think this answers your question, am I correct? It says I used Short cuts and bought Fruit snacks and then shows me amount saved and also I used Cell Fire for Nature Valley Granola Bars - and so on. I hope I was helpful... Have a good day!

Also all the coupons still come off. For example: If you have one cellfire and one shortcuts and a paper manu. for the same item all still come off. (Just enjoy the savings, you don't have any control over what comes off when the computer automatically takes off the coupons when it is scanned) : )

I don't track my electronic coupons - I load ones that I think I may buy and leave it at that - If one gets used that is just a bonus for me - I plan my trips with sale items and paper coupons only - then if an electronic coupon gets thrown into the mix that is bonus savings for me! It gets to confusing to try and figure it all out

I used to worry about it, but I don't anymore. I load coupons onto my card every week, and I can't keep track of all of the, nor do I have any way to decline to use one coupon or the other at the register. I figure if they are really worried about it, they can program the machines not to take them. If you accidentally try to buy one item with a coupon that says you have to buy two, or buy one item with two coupons, the register beeps. I assume something similar would be possible with the e-coupons, if they were inclined to program it that way.

I have never had more than 1 e-coupon come off for the same item

I've never had more than one e-q come off for the same item either. I've found that the e-q that expires first is the one that usually comes off first, regardless of where it is from. On a trip a few weeks ago, I had several Pillsbury Toaster Strudels paper q's and e-q's (they were on sale for 2/$3). The e-q's were from both shortcuts and cellfire. I was able to use an e-qc and a paper q for every 2 purchased (all q's were $.55 off 2). That made it $.95 per box! |
