We are proud of the quality of all Kroger products. However, our guarantee statement says, “Try our brand, if you don’t like it, we’ll give you the national brand free.” Our store will be glad to assist you with your concern if you kindly return the dissatisfactory product.

What do I do if I am unhappy with the service I received at my store?
For prompt attention to your concern, please see the store manager or management on duty at the time. We all work very hard to provide the best service at all times. If we have not met your expectations, we do want to know about it. If the manager is unavailable, please contact our Customer Communication Center at 1-866-221-4141, or use our customer comment form.

Why do your ads vary from one location to another?
Because of the competitive nature of our business, some advertised items may appear in one ad while not in another. Promotional items are often used for new store openings, special offerings to local communities, or to help us compete directly with a local competitor

I was unhappy with their crescent rolls I got last weekend (the dough broke into many pieces as I was opening it), I called the 800 number on it and they are crediting my card $2 off my next purchase there. They didn't offer any replacement options, but this was acceptable.

Tonight, my son, who had just left work, tried to enter Kroger's. It was 5:30 pm and the
store was closing at 6 pm. And, they were not letting anyone into the store.

He told them he was a state union officer and this was not the end of it. The post
office wouldn't get by with closing their window early. And that is where he works.

I guess someone had a big party to attend. And my son shopped elsewhere.

Thaks for posting this Amber. I'm really frustrated with Kroger after the sale that they had last week. When an item was $.99 and you had a coupon for $.50 off, they would not double the coupon b/c it then exceeded the price of the item. GRRRR!! When they used to occasionally double coupons up to $1.00, if that happened, only the cost of the item was subtracted. I don't get why they won't do that now though. Thanks again!

That is very odd. All of my q's always double up to the amount of the item. So an item that is $.99 would show as $.50 then doubled another $.49 off to make the item free. The register does it automatically. I would definitely ask CS at your store about their individual policy on this one.

I've been buying their diapers lately and this last bag had tabs that were stuck to the actual diaper and tore it when the tabs were pulled open...I think I'll call and see what they say thanks for the tip!

Just an FYI. I have always been a Nilla Wafer gal....nothing else would do. Well, one day Kroger had their brand on sale soooo much cheaper (two boxes were a lot less than one Nilla), so I decided to give them a try. They were AS GOOD as Nilla!

Their light soy, Worcestershire and peanut butter (tasted the same as Peter Pan) are really good too.

My experience with the Kroger brand........I usually buy the off brand unless the national brand is cheaper with a coupon. Anyways, I once bought a Kroger brand orange flavored yogurt, and it had chunks in it. Wasn't sure if that was normal or not but wasn't going to take any chances. So I called them, they were very nice about the whole thing and mailed me a coupon for the purchase price of the yogurt. Same thing happened for the peanut butter I had tried. Almost all stores have a gaurantee on their brands.

When does Kroger double coupons? Is it all the time or just one day a week????
I'm used to shopping @ Harris Teeter, and they do double coupons everyday, with a quarterly triple coupons.
Can anyone help me?

Mine doubles qs up to $.50 every day. I don't recall Kroger ever having triple coupons.

Ours used to do double super coupons where they doubled up to $1.00 q's (if I remember correctly) but it's been several years since they did anything like that.I guess we should be grateful that at least they double an unlimited number of coupons everyday and their prices tend to be lower on a regular basis.
