Today I bought 6 boxes of fruit by the foot, thinking I would get a coupon for $3.50 back. I got nothing. Should I contact someone, and how? I really wouldn't have bought them if I didn't think I was going to get $ back.
Any suggestions?

Today I bought 2 Lunchables Lunch Combinations they were on sale 2 for $5.00. I had $1/1 coupons and received 2 $1 OYNO so apparently you get one for everyone you buy which makes them 50 cents each. Not too bad since these have a sandwich, bottled water with koolaid single, a small jello, and chips ahoy cookies.

Have your receipt handy. I've only done it once, for some big catalinas that didn't print, but they were very effective. They did ask me to fax or email a scan of my receipts (the store can do that as well, they said).

I've got 3 right now I should call them about (2 $1 on Velveeta cups and 1 $1.50 on NV) but sometimes there's a time factor. Catalinas are so hit or miss.

I contacted Catalina about my 2 that should have printed on the Betty Crocker and Nature Valley granola bars. They said someone would get back to me, this was Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything. I am going to call again tomorrow.

How do you know about all these Catalina's. When I asked the store about the coupons that were supposed to print, the manager asked me where it was posted and I couldn't tell him. He said it was probably a promotion that was over and if it was still running, there would be a tag, but I've never seen a tag for these.

Many times when there is a promotion coming up and you purchase one of the items, you will get a catalina printed with the details of the promotion.

Okay, so when they don't print, do you have to call Catalina or can the store help me?

I called Catalina today and spoke to a very nice guy. I gave him the number on the receipt beside the date, and he was able to see my receipt, kind of scary, if you ask me. He said I should have gotten a $3.50 catalina, and that his records showed that it did print. I told him that I could have missed it, but it didn't look like anything printed. He said that sometimes they print at another register for some reason. So, maybe someone else got $3.50 off from my purchase. I hope they are happy about that. Anyhow, he said he will send me a $3.50 coupon.

You need to do them 2 at a time. Any more than 2 still on prints 1. We have over 100 cups of these so far!! If you have a Meijers the meal box coupons make the kraft mac and velveeta cups really cheap if you have some other coupons to combine with it!!
