Please add any cities and the appropriate region and we will update the list. This list is intended to trend sales, catalinas, P&G Super Saver sales, and any other "tagged" type sales. I often look at other sales regions ads and catch deals in my area.

AHA!! That's why I never find anything on this list, my link states that Rolla, MO is in the CENTRAL REGION, and you don't have that one listed! Our Sale cycle is Thursday through Wednesday. If you could add this to the list I'd appreciate it!

Here are the Krogers that I usually visit--they all say that they are in the Atlanta region, although I see that Atlanta is listed in the SE Region.

I'm in the Southwest region, sale Wed. to Tuesday. However, I always check the Atlanta Georgia ads on Monday or Tuesday to get an idea of what will possibly be on sale in my stores. Most generally they have been very similar.

Does anyone know if this is the order they go in for sales?

For instance, I am central, but it seems like it takes about 2 weeks or so for our sales to start here when compared to others.

The regions list is in the order that sales usually occur. Meaning they start in the MidAtlantic- Southeast and start rolling out in the other regions. Check your store because sales can be occurring way before they ever make it in the ad.

I wish everyone in the Krogrer forum would put their region in their signature line. Kroger has got to be one of the most confusing grocery stores to try and discuss on the internet since our sale dates, sale items and even prices vary so widely!
