Thanks for the history, being in N.C. I had no clue about the restaurant. If I ever see it marked down real cheap maybe I'll try it again with some eggplant or veal parmagiano and see.

Annie Chun's noodle soups marked down from 2.99 to $1.00 ~ and I just happened to have some $1.00/1 q's that I got from a FL magazine! Whoohooo free oriental noodle soup!

Also the 8oz jars of MaraNatha natural creamy roasted Almond Butter regular price 6.99 marked down to 3.00 and I had $1.00/1 blinkie q's that I got a Kroger last weekend. I love this stuff but there is no way I'd ever pay 6.99 for it!

Oh and they had about 10 carts crammed full of halloween candy on mgr's special, I didn't even check the prices since we don't eat candy but man was there a lot of it!

At my store in Durham NC, Cugino's Dipz (just add sour cream) was $.25 ea. I hope it's good 'cause I got 10 boxes for the holidays. They also had a buggy full of Pantene products but I couldn't get close enough to check the price. I'm going back in the morning to check it out. Didn't have my qs with me. Just went to pick up a few things and didn't want to lug my binder in the rain...shame on me. If there is any left, I'll post after I go.
