I know the kroger on saginaw, in lansing doubles up to 50cents. I do not know about the bags.

Actually, this program is NOT a credit card in many areas. It just depends where you are. In some areas it is a program offered through your shopper's card.

Does anyone know if the KRPGOER POINTS ... not on CC are good in INDIANA? I have over $500 points in savings. Is that what they look at?

How do I get rewards?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on nearly everything in the store (see restrictions below). You will get $5 in rewards certificates for your first 500 points collected and another $1 for each additional 100 points. rewards certificates are good toward future purchases at Kroger stores. The rewards program is available in Kroger stores located in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Garner, Apex, Fuquay-Varina and Greenville NC..

Wow, I thought all the Krogers had the points, we've had them here in Raleigh for a very long time now. They just changed it so that you get the $5.00 for the first 500 and then $1.00 for each additional 100 pts. It used to be done only in increments of 500. I have a $26.00 reward being mailed to me in August..I love this program!

The only thing I don't like is that it seems to take so long to get the rewards in the mail, I do like that they usually send a bunch of coupons along with it though. Maybe once they perfect it and offer it to everyone they'll find a way to just load it directly to our cards? I hope so anyway. Oh, that's right, its not a credit card here either. But, I did see they had a table set up near the exit at my Kroger the other day - they were taking applications for some kind of cc, don't know if that's connected.

From the best I can tell, we do not have the rewards points here in central AR, but I am sure hoping we get them soon! Currently, they offer the 1-2-3 mastercard (don't want a CC) and they also offer fuel points. Not sure *exactly* how the fuel points work, but I know I shop enough at Kroger to get .10 cents per gallon off when I buy Kroger gas.

About a month ago I received the $5 coupon for my 500 points and also about 10 other coupons that I can use at Kroger on almost anything else. I am in Raleigh, NC

i have never shopped at kroger, buti am thinking about it, however, i am confused about the points program. i live in indiana so i dont think i qualify for the rewards plus unless it is tried to a mastercard. right? my question is, can it be any mastercard or does it have to be the kroger mastercard? if i cant be apart of the rewards plus program can i still download coupons on to the card? are they considered store coupons or MQ? thank you guys.

Just a data point: it hasn't made its way to Richmond. At the CS counter I was offered a new card, which is shinier than my old one, but it just says "Kroger Plus Shopper's Card," with no mention of rewards. The CS manager insisted I was thinking of the 1-2-3 Rewards MasterCard and offered me an application. At the prospect of another credit card, I ran away screaming.

to get the discount pricing on shopping, all you need is Kroger plus card...it is NOT a credit card...mine is on keychain, scan at start of order
the points you get on this card are only usable as gas discounts at my store

Kroger has their own mastercard that gives additional discounts on gas and may have some other rewards [I don't have one]

fuel points accumulate on your Kroger plus card...this is also the one you need to load coupons on

you do not need the mastercard, but here it is 15¢ off on gas with mc, 10¢ with KP card
