Anyone interested in starting a list of the items they find that are free (or cheap) after doubled coupons?

Here's what I found today:

Right Guard sport gel 2/$4 (sale price)
- $1/1 IP here or some had $1/1 peelies
= FREE

U by Kotex purse pack tin $1.99
- $1/1 from 8/8 SS
= FREE

Revlon compact nail clipper $1.79
Revlon compact tweezer $1.99
Revlon emery boards $1.29
- $1/1 from 7/18 SS
= FREE

Degree for women (travel size) $.99
- $.75/1 from 8/1 RP
= FREE

LaCross File Caddy (metal file with case) $2.00
- $1/1 from 7/11 RP
= FREE

Vaseline Total Moisture 3.0 oz size $2.19
- $1/1 from 8/1 RP
= $.19


This was the very first time I did doubled coupons at K-mart. Everything scanned fine, no problems, I was happy
I bought the Right Guard, U by Kotex tin, La cross nail file, and Vaseline...came to $.19 before tax. The 20ish cashier said to me, "damn girlfriend", I took that as a compliment.

Here's a few suggestions for ya,

Buy multiple Sunday papers for the coupon inserts. Some smaller towns have the inserts in the Saturday paper which is usually cheaper than the Sunday paper.

Clip all coupons, even if you think you'll never use it...sometimes you'll be surprised.

Find an organization system that works for you.

Most of all, have fun saving money!

I didn't know Kmart still did doubles. Will have to look into that. I think Kmart can be high.

yep kmart still doubles(yawn)...used to be coupons up to $2.00 with no daily limit, then limited to health anad beauty, then coupons up to 99 cents only, with limit 5 coupons daily, with card...now coupons up to $1 limit 5 coupons per day with card...worth the time????sometimes..good luck

some advice that i use:
i dont cut out coupons until i see that a certain item is on sale that week, then i go to the "a full cup's coupon database" and type in Ragu for example to find out what weeks paper it was in and then i cut out how ever many coupon inserts i bought that week(ragu coupon only)...an even quicker way is to click on "Kmart" or whatever store and see the coupon matchups already done for you for the week so that u dont have to go to the database very often and all you do is either click on the blue printable or go to that date (that they have listed's sunday paper) and cut them out. I keep sunday paper inserts filed and i label the weeks date on the file. i have even sometimes kept the files in my trunk and take in laptop to the store so if something is on clearance then i can go to database to find out where the coupon is for the marked down item and then run to my car for quick cutting out. But if u have the time(i dont) u can cut out all coupons and put in the plastic baseball collection pages and put in giant 3 ring binder alphabetically by company name or week or whatever works for you. I just stopped other couponers in the store and asked their system to get ideas.Good luck and dont kill yourself cuz u will get better and better every week!

as long as its $1 or under it will double making both free they have to enter the coupon amount in the register.

also no doubles needed for this deal i got off cafemom ,use the $1 pdf for post it notes ,there $1 there, buy 15 get $4 cat buy 25 get a $8 cat back!

i'm stocking up on sobe's this week with the bogo coupon from the game on their website.

i also have $1 capri sun coupons. they are 2/$5 which makes them $.50 each. but there's also some kind of $3 reward so when i bought 5 today they handed me $.50.

I got Snyder's pretzels for $2.49 so paid 49 cents and 2 Vitawater free - had $1.00 off coupon when you buy 2 and they were $1.00 each. I wasn't very organized and couldn't find anything else to buy cheap or free.

Has anyone found anything for the $1/1 Fruit of the Loom Q's that were in the paper a couple of weeks ago? I was wondering it maybe the kids or mens socks and underwear might be decent deals with the back to school sales. Does anyone know if those are doubling?

In my area the Fruit of the Loom MQ is $1/2 so not a good deal @ Kmart. If you received $1/1 for FOTL, you're very blessed.

If the Fruit of the Loom coupons double be sure to get the required number of pkgs for the Free Kmart gift card by mail. On page 9 of the flyer it mentions buying 3 pkgs and getting a $5 gift card by mail or buying 5 and getting a $10 gift card by mail. Offer good July 25 thru Aug 28

I went in and pulled the Q's. i have a total of 8 q's. 2 are the $1/2 IPs, 4 are the $1/2 newspaper Q. But I also have two that are $1/1. They must be from mags but I have no idea which ones. Wish I did.

Anyway, I'll stop by there tonight and give it a try. With the rebates it should work out either way.

Thanks for spotting the off 2. It made me check them all instead of just the top 2 in the pile.

YAY! Today I got my 5 q limit.... Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna pouches on sale 4/$5.(they only had 4) -.55c blinkie = .15c ea., Maxwell House 2/$5, -$1. blinkie = .50c so, oop $1.10 and I'm going back tomorrow!
