I usually love going to Kmart for the double coupon event, but this one, I am skipping it completely. I don't like it that only certain departments were included. Hopefully, if there is another event in the near future, Kmart will open it to everyone and will also allow all coupons to be doubled.

Anyone else skip this event?

I didn't go or even think about it...not really worth it with all of the restrictions IMO

I skipped it I am so not playing there games maybe they will have a low turn out and put it back to the way it was. It is out of my way and the cashiers are not friendly

I sat this out too. Just seems like a waste of time with only five and reading that some people had there cards frozen.

I was interested, but I don't have a card. How do I get one? Even then, the restrictions are confusing.

I skipped it as well. It's definitely not as fun now that they have limited you to certain departments, and number of coupons, etc. I loved it last year when you could use a ton of q's on anything in the store. I went to every double, almost everyday and did really well. Haven't been back in awhile. I also find that most of the employees are not too happy during doubles. Just adds to the frustration and who needs that

I also decided to skip this one. I usually go daily during double coupons but when they put so many restriction on the department, coupon, transactions, and the prices are so much higher to start with, its just now worth it. Kmart, please bring back super doubles from last year!! So many good deals were had, and YOUR monthly sales total HAD to be much better!!

I have never done it...although there is a participating store not that far from me. I have not heard alot of positive feedback on their events....doesn't seem to be worth it.

I only made it once, but wanted to go more. It's not a big deal since it's just up the road. Unfortunately I've not been able to do much of anything since my car was totalled a few weeks ago and it's been too hot to walk anywhere.

I only went once but only after I heard that the Rimmel Q's were giving overage and since I can never have too much nail polish used it the overage to get the Sensodyne DF wanted. I guess I'm lucky both times lately when they've done doubles all my cashiers have been super nice and were impressed with the savings. I just really hope if they do doubles again any time soon it'll be more than 5 (at least 10 q's) and good on anything.

I went and wish I hadn't. I really wanted cheap shampoo though. All I ended up with was problems. CHEESE AND FRIGGIN RICE! I had 4 coupons and they acted like I copied them... oooo, they came from the newspaper. They kept asking how I got 4 of the same coupon... uh der, I bought 4 papers?

To me....only 5 coupons is not worth the hassle of dealing with K-Mart! I doubt I have EVER been to my K-Mart that there is not a problem! Once back in the beginning when they had doubles and it was up to 75 coupons -- I went as we NEVER have doubles any where here...although I knew dealing with K-Mart would be a MAJOR hassle anyway.

I am not kidding here....I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes in the check out lane! AND this was not waiting...this was them trying to ring it up! The girl started scanning the coupons....this other cashier comes over to "help" as this is taking too long and she wants to SAVE time. She starts scanning them too.....EVEN tho the machine keeps saying PLEASE WAIT....Anyway - long story short....the machine locked up and they had to reboot the entire thing and un bag everything and re do the entire order!!!

No thanks....with K-Mart's prices so high in general and this kind of hassle...no thanks...I WILL skip it!!

I went once but saw no great deals. I got 1 box Tampax Pearl, 2 Oral B toothbrushes, 1 Gillette Men's Body Wash & 1 box hair color. I paid $8 which still seemed high to me. I didn't like the only HBA deal either. I wanted razors but I think they raised the prices on them for this event.

This is the 3rd coupon doubles that none of my Kmarts participated. They just never do anymore

I have skipped all the events since they changed all the rules and limits and BS! I did the first big one where they doubled qpns up to $2.00 (making them $4.00) and you could use the $5/$50, and the number of coupons was unlimited, and they weren't total jerks about it!!

Yep I did that deal the first time it came here, after that it was all downhill from there. haven't done it since. Not worth the hassle for 4 little ole coupons IMHO!!

I went to the Kmart in my area, they were participating in the event. I usually go there as they are the least expensive spot for my dogs' food. I noticed the prices were higher than usual, strike one, they weren't accepting IP's, strike two, I was second in line and it still took 15 minutes to get thru with my 3 items, strike three, I'm out!

I went and thoroughly enjoyed the good deals. To make it more worth while, I had 2 shopping baskets and 5 coupons in each to double. One basket at a time. Free Oral B toothbrushes. Free Reach Floss. Free Rolaids. Free Buddies soap. + more. Can't wait for the next one and really hope food coupons are included and the store employees know about the sale. Here in L.A. no one was aware it was a double coupon week.
