A few good deals at King Soops today:
asparagus is finally down to $.99 lb

found a display of Keebler cookies on sale in the produce department and bought 2 packages at $1.31 each, then used $.55/2 coupon to make them $.76 each

used my $5/5 Kelloggs on 5 boxes of Raisin Bran(25.5 oz each) that were on sale for $1.92 each. That brought the price of each down to $.92!

organic navel oranges were on sale for $2.99 for a 3 lb bag

got a big package of beef eye of round marked down from $21 to $13

tub of chocolate peanut clusters marked down from $6.99 to $1.99

Then, when I got home, I was looking over my receipt and found a $46.14 charge from the floral department! I did not buy anything in the floral dept., so I turned around and went back to the store. It was explained to me that the floral dept. key is right next to the produce dept. key and that 4614 is the code for asparagus. They refunded all $46.14 plus the tax and the the guy at customer service said that meant that one of my several bunches of asparagus was free!

Always, always check your receipts when you get home! This is not the first mistake I've found, but it was definitely the largest!
