My store has now implemented a 4 like item coupons per transaction limit, much like we are already used to with PG brand coupons. When discussing this with customer service they stated it was nationwide. Kmart has no uniform coupon policy and leaves its managers to make their own, but it does have a generic policy it publishes which most stores follow. I have not been able to confirm if this is indeed nationwide, but I want to warn all of you planning scenarios.

My store has that sign up, however they don't even read their policies let alone carry them out. I bought 5 of the same like items on yesterday and used 5 of the same coupons. Went by like a breeze.
