GDA Bounce & Secret & P&G deal

I know the weekly ad has the Downey and Bounce on sale for 2/10.00 BUT I looked around to see what else they had for prices. What I found is that most of the smaller things cost more then the 5.00 but I was able to find a box of bounce for just 2.99. It's isn't trial or anything and a plus is it isn't any BOGO and you can use the 5 off 40 coupon.

Also I found that the Secret that is normally 3.39 (or close to your stores prices) will be on sale for 2.79 and it looked like it would be on sale for the month. We just got the 1.00/1 coupons and so these will be .79.

It says 40 count plus an extra 5. I didn't get the UPC but that's it.

The $5 boxes come out cheaper unless you just need a cheap filler to get you to $30 then its a great filler. But I did the math yesterday and it comes out cheaper per sheet to buy the $5 120 ct box vs the 2.99 40ct box just fyi!

Actually if the coupon is doubled you would get 120 sheets for 2.97 and would pay 3.00 for the $5 120 count box. And you would also have 8.97 towards the P&G deal. With the 3.00/2 Olay, Pantene and CG coupons these are a great way to go.

Not to argue because everyone has a different view of what a good deal is and thats A-okay but heres the math

If you get to exactly $30 with whatever deal you do you get $10 crt so thats basically 33% off.

2.99 - 33% - .50/1 doubled = $1.00 / 40 sheets = .025 per sheet if you get the bonus box with 45 = .022 each sheet
5 - 33% - .50/1 doubled = 2.35 / 120 = .019 per sheet
So its cheaper to get the $5 ones and you need less coupons and less doubling spots too but if your using the $3/2 etc and dont need the double spots great way to up your total towards the $30 for sure.

Also, the $1 Secret coupon I just got Sunday is for the clinical it shows a photo of the regular but the wording says clinical and those are much more expensive at our store

I wouldn't ever do all of them in one transaction. Even with the $1 q and $10 CRT not a great deal to me. Much better to work the small ones in deals that ends up basically free after rewards IMO.

I'm a math-nut myself, so loved seeing this!!
Yes, per sheet it's cheaper getting the larger size, but in reality I'll do like most and add the smaller one into my scenarios as filler.

You wouldnt have to do them all in one transaction for them to be cheaper though. I was just giving the math break down. Its the same math if you do them all in one transaction (up to 4 pg qs) or add them as fillers to other deals. Just pointing out that it is cheaper per sheet for those who might wanna know.
Like I said everyone has different ideas on what is a good deal so no worries.
