My 2 transactions today, I made them ring up ALL my stuff, then made sure the total was over 50, got the GC and THEN gave them all my coupons... did 2 transactions and got the GC both times.

And yes, that's what it says but it never works that way. You should be good to just get to $50 before any discounts (bogo 1/2 off, etc), freebies (meal deal, free item of the week, etc) and coupons.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting the $5 facebook GC. I spent $56.96 before tax, used the $5/$40 Q, but no other Q's and didn't get a $5 GC. I was afraid of not getting it if only spent $50 before the $5/$40, so I added some fillers.

Am I just not allowed to use the $5/$40 and get the $5 GC or are others having problems too?

No, it has worked for me and others. You have to make sure that the cashier scans your card FIRST and then doesn't hit total until after they've scanned all of your items. You can contact corporate about it and see if they will give you the $5 they owe you.

I got CS to give me a card, but I don't want to keep having to do that. Did you have to spend $50 before or after the $5 off $40 ?

before they do anything, or scan a single item, get your card/ number scanned. THEN.... What I did was have them ring up EVERY SINGLE ITEM. Hand them NO coupons.

once every item is scanned they can hit total, it will show your amount over 50 assuming no BOGO discounts , then the computer will prompt them to give you the gift card. once they hand you the GC, THEN give them the coupon for the 5/40 ... THEN the free soda, THEN the coupons you want to double, THEN the coupons you want to use without doubling.
this assures you get your GC, your 5/40 and that the right coupons are doubled

I had a real mess today. After the cashier scanned all of my items, she gave me the $5 gift card, then I gave her the 5/40 and before I could give her my man. Qs she hit a button and said that she couldn't take my Qs after she did that. She said for me to take them to CS and they would take them off.
When I told the CS person why I was there she said "you know what I have to do now?". Turns out she had to void every item that I used a coupon for, scan them again then try to deduct the coupons. She had my coupons out of order and I asked her to scan my $1 coupons first. She was getting real annoyed by this point and said WHY? Explained the first 5 doubling. She said "well my register is asking for the .50 coupon" as she flipped the screen around toward me. Any way, long story short, she could only get 2 of my coupons to double so she just doubled the rest without using the cash register and gave me the cash.
I was so confused by the time she got done with me that I didn't know which end was up. I think it ended up working out in my favor. I have to look at my credit card account to make sure the charges are correct.

They have to not SCAN the awards card until after everything else is scanned. They scan your SYWR card, all of your items, hit total and tell the screen that you will get the card but you don't want to enter it yet, scan coupons, hit total and enter rewards card. It's annoying as all get out but you have to teach the cashiers what to do.

i also have had more problems the last two days..my 5 dollar dove cry did print..i guess because of the bonus item. I did 4 trans, i got the crt on the 2nd one. She said there is a limit of one per day and they couldn;t do anything about it. She would;t even let me speak. I dug out the other ones from the day before that worked fine, then she said i trust of been the coupons, or something and that the register would of printed it, if I earned it. they can be so annoying. Then my last trans today, i had 6 olay and she said I only had 4 and would not let me use my three olay qs. I just wanna smack them!
They are so rude and have no clue about the promotions they have going.

Every year Balloon Time does a contest for the new "face" of balloon time fun. You submit your child's picture and then it is voted on by the public and a panel of judges. The first runners up receive a coupon for a free helium tank, that is how I got mine anyway.

If you see these for sale, DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!! I just tried to use mine and the coupons were recalled because of fraudulent activity. There is a number that you can call, but they promise to call you back. I'll wait to see what happens. Once again these coupons are not working anywhere so do not buy them if you see them for sale! I will update when I get a return phone call. Very frustrating.
