last week i got coupon for - redeem points get 5000 points on next purchase 2.50 min points redemption.
i used it today in my transaction and paid with my points cashier said it scanned. but tonight i looked over my receipt and no 5000 points earned!!!
im new at kmart, does it take a while to add to account or is there a special way to use these kinds of crt? how can i be reimbursed to the points earned? and tips?..

Your transaction total had to be over $50... The min $2.50 redemption is how much your transaction total had to be after qs and discounts to use the points...!!!

My email had a $50 minimal req. double check your email...!!

I don't get it in an email it printed on my reciept. I looked it up on my digital reciept it states. Redeem your points and get5000 points on your next purchase minimum. $2.50 in points redemption required excludes online purchases.... i bought dippers 9.99 used $2/1 and this points q paid balance with the remainder of my points $6.80 and then cash for the rest. Idk if there is a certian way these kinds of coupons have to be scanned in or something..

Yea we are talking about 2 different things... I would definitly give CS and have them explain it to you...!!

I also received an email stating if I used my 5.32 points then an extra 5,000 would be added and also on every transaction over $50 until 6/30 and i did that today and it did not work as well. So I will also be calling shop your way

Same boat I spent over 50 and no bonus points

I got one of those e-mails to spend my points and get 5,000 points and it worked.

Mine did not show on my receipt either (bought an air conditioner) but a couple days later it was showing in my shopyourwayrewards account. So maybe a delay?

yes we are talking bout 2 different offers... mine was not in email... i did email shopyourwayrewards and got a response that the point system is delayed, and to reply back if after a few days added pointed to my account. as of today still no points i will wait a few more day then see. thanks for all your help ladies.

Calling the 800 number never works. They always say I didn't qualify it doesn't matter what I didnt get like bonus points or something like that ! They can never tell me why I didnt qualify either and that makes me so mad !!!
