Oh where do I begin...well I had 2 GC's I wanted to use so I went to Kmart. I bought 2 venus razors, 1CG eye shadow, 2 soft scubs and 3 dove items (2 mens bw and 1 bar soap package). All was going well at the register my total was going to be 8.59 after coupons and gift cards, and then the cashier accidentally pushed through the transaction without the last gc. It was a nightmare I was there for about 40 minutes while they tried to fix everything. I wanted to cry So she re-rings everything wrong total was 10.70...said nope should be 8.59. Finally in the end I paid my 8.59 but didn't get the $5 dove crt. So after a little research online there is an issue if you buy the "energizing" men's bw. Just a long story and a heads up. I am so tired I don't have the strength to try to explain this to a csm right now. Maybe tomorrow...or I might just eat the $5 and call it a day.So if you buy the BW just know that scent is not triggering the crt. Thanks for hanging in there

I didn't get 2 of my dove cry out of 3 transactions. Both that didn't print had the bar soap in them. I am wondering if that is what did it. I didn;t get any of the energizing scent.

I wonder, I didn't try the men's (got women's) bar soap. On another site there is talk about the energizing scent not triggering the crt (of course the one I picked...at random). The men's or bar soap in general, might be another miss.

I bought the women's bar soap tonight and I got the CRT.

geez, reminds me of my trip to Target, I had 12 coupons, and the clerk told me have to have them matched up before she rings them up next time, she took forever trying to match up everything and writing the prices on the coupon. Reason was that Target is not getting paid for their coupons..

When i went back again another clerk said nope, you only give the coupons at the end when they total everything.. So I am avoiding that clerk, that held up the line, she took forever matching up coupons and pricing.

I bought 2 mens bodywash with deodorant attatched and 1 invisicare womans body wash and nothing. So I stuck to 2 mens bodywash and 2 dove shampoo.

Hmmm, I got both extra fresh green mens bw and 8 pk bar soap, got my $5 crt. Is that the energizing one?

come to think of it, maybe it was because my mens body wash had a little sample on the outside of the man loofah?

Sorry I'm answering this a little late, but the energizing is grey with a yellow label. HTH
